If you are asking where to get ISO's from, we cannot help you here because we don't support pirated material. But if you do have the game, dump the game from a modded Xbox and select the .xbe file to run. It only plays Halo though.

use craxion to extract the files from the ISO into a directory of your choice.

The xbe file itself is only found in the iso. No iso? You're out of luck.

I can't because that's illegal and against the rules. Requesting roms/isos is a sure way to get banned. If you own a hard copy, it will be alot easier to help you.
