Could not find main function

When i try to run any game, first "Warning: Failed to load INI file!" appear after a error window appear with " Could not find main function" message

What can i do?

I´m using Windows XP home edition

wait for another release?
Xeon is only capable of booting Halo. IT IS NOT PLAYABLE.
