Xeon's emulation methoid

Does Xeon use HLE?

Xeon uses a similar, if not the exact same method, of emulation as CXBX. This method would, I believe, basically qualify as High-Level Emulation.

Yes, as zenogais said it's completely high-level. It emulates only the API functions and none of the actual hardware interface.
