Will this work?

Ok i have successfully emulated halo with the xenon emulator. I have my computer ,which is running halo, hooked up to a router ; with my mac using aquaduct i have joined an online game. would the mac detect my computer and think its an xbox therefore letting me play halo online off of my pc?

There is a big difference between a mac and a pc, how did you do such a thing, joining an online game with a mac?

easy if the game uses a simular protocal to transfer game data PC/MAC/PS2/Anything can communicate with each other. Mac players can play most games with PC gamers considering the game is available for mac players

They idea is very simple and already there.
Games like halo are from the same maker..
Microsoft Game section.

When the protocols don`t change for online gaming its perfect.
So whats the problem.. there is only one.
Most games use there own game servers.

Xbox uses xbox live, PC omost every game gamespy.
what if you connect you mac or xbox game to the gamespy network. bingo you can play against your pc friends.

only pitty i can`t get the pc mouse work on my xbox :P
thats lots faster than the joypad for game of halo

Its called faking the xbox out with tunneling software so that it thinks it's on a local network game.

If you're good, and know anything about soldering, you can hook up a mouse and use it with ease. Try buying a usb mouse and an xbox controller extention chord. I forgot exactly how to do it, but you can always go to Xbox-scene or amazon.com and buy hacking the Xbox.
