Creating .ini files for other games?

Would games other than Halo work with correct .ini files?
If so, can we help and create those files for some games?

I've already ask _SF_ on private message, he say

"Possibly, it depends on how similar the XDKs being used are. It will take some work to support the latest XDKs however.

When I get the chance I'll post some info and possibly a few tools on the forum, though it isn't easy getting games to work due to the number of API functions that need to be located."
