SMTP relying is the keyword ... needs to be turned on in order for that thing to work

Hope it fixed most of the problems with e-mail notification now.

I would prefer without e-mail notification, it's just overloaded my e-mail account.
Me just use "Search by User Name" to find all of my subscribed threads.

Well, you can disable automatic e-mail notification anytime by changing the settings at user options..
