Could someone please tell me how to open a cab-file?

this didn't help. well i can open the file, but when i try to open the program they are still asking me to insert cd 1. and since i opend cd 1 with winrar, alphazip...i still can't open the program.

could you give us any more info like what program you are trying to run and exactly what you are trying to do etc
