About the Bios
I'm new to the whole Iso and disc playing emulaters and the what not and so when I was trying to play one of these games o mine it said that it was missing the bios... well i came here thinking i might get an explination about that only to see that requesting the bios is against the rules so i got a few diffrent questions
1. What is the bios? I was reading the faqs it sounded like a seprate file/program thingy so what is it exaclty 2. Do i need it to run anything? Do i realy have to get it off my PS2 or find it somewhere on the web or can i play ISOs without it? |

BIOS stands for Basic Input Output System, and yes you need a Bios to run games on the emu, and yes you need to dump your own Bios from ps2.
You can't download Bios from the net because it is ilegall. Btw: Didn't you sad that you know the rules?

Well I was readin the rules when i saw that
And I'm aware that its illegal but then so are a lot of things on the net such as pirating or handing out serial numbers for downloadable programs so you dont have to buy one from the guys themselves But thanks for clearing that up for me |
