You can get that spell via PocketStation. Would junctioning be such a necessity, though? Ultima already does insane amounts of stat increases as it is...

Keiichi: Armageddon is the ultimate spell I put in an online RPG I was doing a year ago. So it really has no connection.

It wasn't really a programmed game. It was basically an overhaul of the table RPG set played over IRC with other gamers. I was the intrepid GM.
