I wonder how this measures how far your mouse has traveled....

Mine has traveled .26 miles since I last pulsed. WTF does that mean lol.

Welcome to the team Shendo.

Welcome aboard!!

that means your mouse has moved left to right, up and down enough distance to cover .26 miles which works out 418 meters.

not so much when you say it like that ;p

Let's see. 1/4 of a mile basically which is a 1/4 of 5,280 feet which equals around 1,300 feet more or less. My computer screen seems to be about a foot and a half from left to right so that means I would have to move the mouse about 1,000 times left and right to do that. LOL that's crazy. It sounds a lot to me.

What I don't understand is how does it measure it. Does it record where on my screen it stops and then if I move it six inches records that? How does it know how much six inches is?

My head is going to explode.

it probably works out the numbers of samples it recieves from the mouse and when they change then just adds them up.

it is a lot of movement, but it all adds up eventually play some FPS games and im sure itll go up quickly

hmmm, actually I haven't tried using the beta version... actually I was quite suprise when I just checked my profile now (since I've sent my post after 3 dyas of non pulsing) and got curious about that "mile" thing.

I guess you guys are already using it... btw, did you guys read this one? http://whatpulse.org/pulse-profiles/

have anyone tried this one already, using profile setting for one at your home and one at work?
