only founders can appoint team managers....bascially a team manager just keeps track of joined members and kick the unruly ones...

i seriously dont see the point it it ... "oh my godz i just had 10000 clickz at t3h ng3mu ahhahahah! i r so l33t im rank 12, tomorrow im gonna get 50000 keys wtflolz" its like installing a counter to tell you how many seconds have passed since you installed it

the way i see it is it adds a big load to the loading... 40 kb for a measly 20,000 pixels? have they even heard of compression or did they just rename their bitmaps

Quote:
Yea, not to mention more things to load. I don't know if NGEMU's sig rules would comply with this anyways. We get enough complaints.
heh... what i was thinking

Quote:
Well if a sig can't be 20kb I can't see why this little 500x40 banner could be. If the Admins all agree to this the rules would indeed have toc hange, otherwise I don't see how this could work.
25 kb mr graphics discussion mod

No, but they compress complex backgrounds as PNG. I've been trying to get a password for their forums, to make a few suggestions (such as JPEG support) but to no avail.

What's the big deal Mr. Strider? My sig is smaller than yours so don't complain. It's not like you can't make it smaller than 40kb.

well now, if everyone used that same image perhaps your logic would work but what people can do and what they actually do are not one and the same

It does not log keys, at least in the Linux flavour.
Clarification:
Code:
# WhatPulse can log different things. You can change the loglevel here:
# level 0 - Logging is turned off.
# level 1 - Basic logging. Information such as pulse successes and
#              failures will be logged.
# level 2 - More advanced log data (reccommended)
# level 3 - Developer level debug information useful to developers of
#              WhatPulse for Linux.
loglevel=1
in wplinux.conf, make sure it's set to 1. 3 seems to log a few keys, (like CTRL, ALT, and Delete) in my testings of typing almost all the 104 keys on my keyboard, haven't tested 2. Or for the complete paranoids, use
Code:
loglevel=0

And, BTW, the only physical harddrive logging the Windows version does is Pulse info:
Code:
[2004/09/16 18:16:39] Pulsed with 4,956 keys and 123 mouseclicks
.
I will do a more indepth packet search when i pulse, to see if it actually does pulse the keys pressed.

EDIT 1 1/2: Don't even think about trying the linux version of WP with a PS/2 mouse.. it apparently doesn't work with it and screws up everything in X...
