NGemu Compatibility List problem

I am now testing games with PJ64 and I was going to add some of my comments to the Compatibility list but I couldn't add any cause this screen popped up. I don't know if this is because I'm at school right now, but I will try it at home too.

NGemu is the only site I go to at school anyways. So I really don't notice Bess.

I know that I've tried to visit perfectly legitimate sites with that thing and it blocks them. Also, sometimes when I'm doing French homework, I try and use either Systran or Altavista's (Powered by Systran) Language Translation service and it blocks those too!!!!
