Security issue?

I just closed the browser I'm using to view NGEmu in university, then reopened a new one and went straight to Emuforums. But instead of my avatar, this guy popped up.

I have an idea who this guy is, since we attend the same uni. so I was wondering if there's any chance someone else can use my name in posting here, as long as we share an IP? btw I tried posting as him, but I ended up using my account instead.

Ya, chances are the cookie was cached in the network. Anyways, I never log into anything at my school because of it.

I think "FOR GREAT JUSTICE" came from Zero Wing.
