Can't download any files..

I always get this or a similar message:

Slow Down! You are trying to download files too quickly. You must wait 55 seconds before you may download another file.

It did that on even the first file I tried to download, I always get that message and can't download any files.

I'm having the same old problem with downloading attachments too. Says I'm not logged in :/

Gamefreak, delete the ngemu and emuforum cookies and login via proxy, check if the attachments work then.

No, I mean I can download them without a proxy too! First time I've been able to do this in quite a while!

It works. Just don't download any of them via any downloader software.

Firefox downloader is enough
