Well obviously lol, but he believes he did the activation confirmation back when he signed up initially. He otherwise has no confirmation email.

Requesting another confirmation email should be done, this time checking the spam folder as well. He's still needing to answer to an email confirmation, so I doubt evading it will help or unlock posting privileges (which seem restricted as designed and normal till he does answer the board emails).
