Is it related to the changes that the forums have been down or unreachable for so many times? I can hardly post at all, I even wonder if this one will get through at all...

Seem like the delete feature or function was taken away with this version or revision.. This could save unnecessary or unwanted thread/posts from the user's perceptive and help keep the forum more clean and organize.
