Having the In-between Posts timer loosened a bit? 60 seconds is cramping my postin style lol, maybe around 30 seconds?

I know staff accounts aren't effected by it, but is there a way to loosen it up on the higher member states? so for instance, Noobs have the full 60 seconds, but maybe 2000 posts have 45 seconds, 4000 30 seconds, etc....

Just an idea :P

I agree, that was pretty damn harsh, alas its global. so ive lowered it to 10 seconds.

As long as those under 10 posts and one day membership arent allowed to spam as fast as once every 10 seconds, cool enough.
