Is it just me or...?

Hi.

I am asking a general question that applies to the whole forum. Isn't the forum images broken, such as the smilies and forum icons.

All I see is just the text when they don't load.

missing or unaccessible images do that (nothing was replaced. there are just the alt text you get when hovering on the pic). possibly a skin update or a couple cosmetic fixes

Easy. Use FireFox. I have both Internet Explorer and FireFox running side by side.....the IE version displays the broken images, but FireFox fixes them

Phil, no, it doesn't. running firefox here and its also missing images, your browser is likely pulling the images from the cache is all.

I suppose the image thing would be 'fixed' before tomorrow, either way.

who knows, but while image.ngemu.com recieves ping, it is cutting image downloads off before they have a chance to start downloading, leaving the tab/window in a state of current loading.

Don't make me send Kirby after you Bobbi, you know how much he likes 4chan!

Poor Bobbi, getting so much flack....guys he's german, he will sort it out as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I also thought it was all my browser's fault or my ghey ISP...

Anyways glad to see it's not just me for once.

We moved the front site off the German servers yesterday and changed DNS.. emuforums is still where it was earlier.. eventually that will be moved also. I've messaged Bobbi about the broken images, and hopefully, the issue will be fixed soon.

Edit: I'm gonna try and phone the host and see if I can fix this quicker.
