no really..... having an academic information portal would be great..... academic informartion is very low on the net....

imo, if you make it serious, and no ads or popups, then it doesn't matter what your site is about, as long as the design is acceptable

I think the more of all the better.

Having one site about something really sucks. But with more that means competition which makes all websites wanna be better.
