C++Builder Users: Socket Error based on machine ?

I have this program im developing as a school project, its like a simple chatting program similer to mIRC but without so many features nor does it use IRC protocol . I have this weirdest problem, that on some comps (mine for example) the NMMSG\NMMSGServ Components that come with BCB, dont work right - I keep getting "ESockError 10038: Socket Operation On Non-Socket" while the same code on a different machine with the same BCB version works fine .

Only certain machines give out this error .. now, the help file says it can be ignored and just resume the program, but it freezes a few secs later.

Anyone has any idea why it acting differently on diff. comps ?
