If anyone would like to help make the code clean just ask me. Im a bit of a sloppy webdev... some of my code is invalid.. and alot of it sloppy.

Ive provided an attatchment of the index for all who think they can clean up my code to be, or to be close to, html 4.0 standards

Nested tables can become overwhelmingly difficult to work with very easily. I'll clean it up for you so it's valid HTML 4.01 Transitional.

Code cleanup complete. I've attached a .zip file containing all of the files I've modified. The site should now render correctly on any platform using any modern browser.

I've also changed a lot of the style information into CSS code which I've moved into main.css. It shouldn't be too hard to see what corresponds to what. If there's any confusion feel free to contact me.

I also added some CSS that makes it so the background behind a link in the navigation boxes on the left becomes highlighted when you hover the mouse over them.

As it is in the zipfile, the code currently validates as 100% valid HTML 4.01 Transitional.
