can u suggest a program

im needing a program that wil repeat the the keystrokes and mouse movments and repeat them. for instance.. i open a game and i click a green dot to win so while im AFK the program would move the mosue and click the green dot for me can u help me?

Aldo's macro recorder *might* work. I don't know if it will do inside games, though.
