How do I view a .swf through html

I need help and this is were i turn to how can i veiw a flash movie through html and were can i download them:confused:

You can embed it in HTML... not sure how, but I think Flash has an option to publish to HTML, so you can add your code on top of that code.

As for the movies... They're not actual movies so to say. I mean they are, but they're basically animations unless they have embedded video in them.
