Video capture using visual basic and flyvideo card

I'm having trouble taking video from the lifeview flyvideo 3000 video card using visual basic on win 2000. The device is always reported to be in use despite having no applications running. The included flyvideo suite video capture modes work fine though..Need help if you may.!

um, i had the same prob but i got it to work on win98
