PHP questions...

Well in 2 months I'll be on summer vacations and I was planning on learning PHP, so I have the following questions :
* Where can I download it ? (I've heard it's a free program, if not please correct me)
* Where can I find some good tutorials about it ?
I'd really appreciate any answer to those questions...

i didn't find any when i was looking for one back when i started, but then i just realized it's 98% C ^^ if you've done some programming before, or understand the basics (loops, branches, whatever), all you need it the manual.

Reading other peoples code is also very helpful (note: don't steal it).

If you're new to coding at all, it helps you learn some programming techniques.

Make sure you understand the purpose of the code before you analyze it.
Basically, just like there are multiple ways of doing things in real life, there are several different ways of doing things in programming. Viewing other's code is just a way of seeing how other people do something and possibly learning from it as well.
