XP compatability mode
Is the XP Compatability mode simulate different OSes (Win98,Win95,WinNT) to test out your software you make?

No, for the most part it just changes the ID of the OS you are using for that App.
Bleem won't work in XP mainly because Bleem tries to kick out hte kernel in order to run fast, and XP won't let you do that.

nuts. Once I get this C++ down, I'm gonna have to find some testers (my uncle has a dualboot of all the Windows OSes)
