Fortran - URGENT

I´m looking for a place in where i can find a tutorial o something similar that let me know how to use it, because i got some homework to do whit it, but i don´t know anything about it

Try the internet. I know there's a bunch of info on the internet for this dated (er, horrible) language

Also, try using www.google.com if you haven't already.

why bother to teach fortran? besides the basic thingy?

Are you guys nuts? Fortran is still an important language in scientific computing, simulation and stuff like that. It was never an all-purpose language like basic or pascal, and was never ment to be.
