Ok. Tekcities is back, with the exception that it has limited it's 5GB file size to 150MB. DAMN! . But well, let's see if it's ok enough.

RainMotorsports.com is hosting a messageboard for free on www.emu-raptor.com and has started a sight for @ruantec at www.aruantec.com where they say they are offering free hosting, so check there send them an email at hosting@rainmotorsports.com maybe they can help you.

Ive seen invisionfree i dunno what deal they have with invision but as far as free boards otuside of a host PHPBB and SMF and i think PHPnuke.

anyone knows of a free webhosting site that doesnt need to be coded >>ie it should have some predefined structure so that the user who wants to create the site can fill it up<<

as i dont know html/php
i tried a few given on the opening post but none of them gives me the conformation mail

You don't have to know html .. just use FrontPage it's pretty easy

But if your really want's webhosting like that .. Google Page Creator is very good one.

Technically, all websites need to be coded. It's just your choice of whether or not you use a WYSIWYG editor.
