Table problems

Can anybody tell me how to make tables that streach to fill the window it sections with fixed size i'm tring but the fixed tables keep streaching

.
PS: i'm using Dreamweaver 4 and i only now the basics

You can't make tables that fit to the entire window with cells staying their current size when resizing. You can make a table with one (or more) fixed cells and at least one cell with a relative size.
