Question Sound issues with VBA / 'Sync sound -Off' is Possible ?

In all versions of VBA I have ; including latest official build, k54,VBA-S,Re-recording ; the sound becomes crackling when Hq2x filter applied. This issue is especially more noticable with games like FF6 and ToP... The games still run at %98-100 with no lag or slowdown, they run smooth like with 2xsai or no filter at all ; but the sound is problematic. When it's turned off, they run well.
I remember having similar problems with snes9x with 'sync sound to game' option enabled -although there shouldn't be any performance issues with snes games anyway- , and when it was turned off the noise used to go away.I don't know if it's possible to do with in Vba by options or configuring the .ini file , but I think it may solve the issue here too.Any ideas ?

Thanks for the advice ; but unfortunately it didn't change anything.Guess I'd stick with 2xsai for now.
