Save Game HELP!!!

I saved my game in pokeomon and decided to load the game instead of reseting the rom. Now instead of loading my "save game" it loads my savestate everytime which puts me very far back. How do i make vba load only my saves instead of savestates?

make a backup and delete it i think...
