Fastest Graphics & Sounds Settings

Hi everyone I just want to ask,what are the fastest graphics & sounds settings.My emulator is VBA Link 1.7

Comp Specifications:
Pentium 3 933Mhz
256 Mb
64Mb Videocard (Geforce4 MX440)
Crystal Sound Fusion(tm)

P.S.
Dont ask me to buy a new computer because I dont have a money.

default setting?

there's not much to config with visual boy advance.
just close all the active/background programs you have (unnecessary ones)
you can use start->run->'msconfig'
you have the min requirement so don't worry too much
