completely ignorant about gameshark D: help?

Okay, so I'm completely brainless when it comes to how to use/where to download/anything else that has to do with gameshark for the VBA.

I would really appreciate if I could have some sort of walk-through directions that a simpleton could understand (coding and acronyms are not my specialty, sorry).

I've been looking for a place to be able to download a gameshark for my vba, as currently the only game I have on it is fire red and I just wanted to know some codes on it. @__@

So, a link to download it and a step-by-step on how to use it and enter in codes would be immensly helpful.
