I don't konw if it helps really. But did you tried gamefaqs? There are a lot of cheats for Pokemon games here.

searcg super cheats, and u telling us version of vba aint required.

Eh, gamefaqs -> faqs section, you should find a bunch of code there (they say code breaker guide or sth like that)
