May be the computer cant store the rom in the RAM fast enough, causes restarting (?). My old computer cause restart when copy to much files from computer to USB. May be this two problem is related.

I'm sure its a computer problem if this happens with every emulator that you try. Possibly bad ram or something similar. Have this problem with any PC games? Also, posting some system specs and programs that you are running might help people give you a decent answer. Also, they are called emulators , not amulators.

Hey I don't really have an answer so 'technically' I'm useless, ahem, but! I have had the restart problem too, but in my case, on my desktop pc, if i full screen VBA , in the other case Project 64, it works ifne, but when I un full screen them, it reboots automatically. Don't know if this sheds any light or is just a bid to be in this thread lol.
