NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER waste your time recording "movies" with VBA, record AVIs! I think you can play the "movie" in VBA and then record it as an AVI from there. If not, you'll have to re-play the part you recorded as a useless "movie" (blasted things can only be played by VBA, and can't even be converted any way other than what I'm describing now) and this time choose tools->record->start AVI recording. The AVI can then be converted to any video format you like, using your favorite video conversion software.

Not Fast, Not easy, but effective and good quality. In the future, you will even be able to burn this to your HD-DVD / Blu-Ray Disc.
