Bah!
Software that claims to increase the speed of your computer is a waste of time and hd space.

Are you just running Game Boy (Not advanced) games only?
Running those games have much lower system requirement.

I have 786Mb of 2016Mb left on Drive C: and 706mb of 813 on Drive D:. I think I'll go for the cheapest size possible though. Maybe 20gigs or 40.

I'm gonna buy myself a new 80, and sell one of my 40's. I also need to get a couple of hundred CDs in thin jewel cases

It certainly is cheaper to buy CD's in bulk than one at a time. Are you getting one of those ATA133 HD's? They must be fast.

When I run VBA with a Duron 800, it can run fullspeed at 2x or 3x window, but enabling Super2xSAI at these sizes starts to drop below 100% of GBA speed. No such problems with an Athlon 1.4GHz for obvious reasons

I only have a ATA100 drive, plus even a 7,200RPM drive never reaches peak b/width of ATA 100. I'll get it if I can afford it....

Yeah, but you have a much faster CPU. IIRC, my old Athlon 650 just about ran it smoothly.
