Sub-circuit board and pokemon
After a little while I finally go vbalink up and running. I also have the page from the sticky topic in my folder, and am using the (U) version. I decided to try castlevania for a bit, and had no problems at all, so I know my emulator is alright. However, it doesn't work when I go try Fire Red or Leaf Green. I can get to the title screen, and then I press start/enter. Then a screen pops up with the message that "The 1M sub-circuit board is not installed". I also tried Ruby and Saphire, and when I try to open them all I get is a white screen. Thank you, and any help would be greatly appreciated.

When ever you start emulating a game with the wrong save type configuration, a corrupted save file is created for that game. You must erase that save file or you won't be able to fix the problem no matter what you do. The same happens if you load a save state that was created while the emulator was wrongly configured. So, close the VBA, erase the save file an save states (save states are useless at this point), open VBA, load the game and try to do an in-game save to test it. |

I'm 2 lazy 2 provided screenshot, but as I'd mention above, the save file should be in one folder as the games.

go to that folder ull find one or more .sav &/or .sgm file select all of these files (by using your mouse to create a blue box around them) hit delete on the key board these files will then be sent to the recycle bin soln. to main problem: in the vba window go to option>emulator>save type set to auto(in upper part) & fash 128k(in lower part) Last edited by arijit_bhaumik; July 8th, 2008 at 10:21.
