good question, if you have a program that converts hex to image, you could open the files with a hex editor like UEStudios and copy all the hex code to the viewer program but I'm not shure if you would need the rom file

Tools->record->start AVI recording. Always use that, it creates AVI files, whch can be viewed by any video viewing app. In theory, you could load the VMV file into VBA, run it, run the AVI recording process, and thus convert the VMV to AVI.
