Slow and sound cracking!

Radeon 9700 Pro
Turtle Beach Santa Cruz
Athlon XP 1800
512 DDR Ram

Some games have sound cracking (GBA: Golden Sun) and some games run really slow (GBC: Link's Awakening DX). What can I do?

It seems like with Frame Skipp OFF I get sound cracking, and with it ON the games run at 7 FPS. This used to work fine. I don't get it

Frame Skip 2 seems so have fixed it without automatic.
