Adding cheats in Linux

I've got the Linux version of VBA 1.7.1 and it works fine but I can't find any way to add cheats. Is there any way to add them from the command line or is there just no support for cheats in the Linux version. Might I recommend using GTK to create a menu similar to the Windows version?

Thanks in advance

No cheats on the Linux version. It is unmaintained at the moment. kxu wrote the gVba which is available to anyone that wants to help on it.

Hmm, I'll download the source and see if I can add a GTK menu system to it, but it's great that it even works on linux in the first place.

The command line version (SDL) supports a lot of features, specially for developers. The gtkmm version looks like the Windows version, but needs some work, specially to improve the rendering performance.

Hmm yer, I've noticed it goes quite jerky after it's been running for a few hours but that might just be my computer.
