premier manager 2004/2005

Sorry if my question could be stupid or easy solving..

i have premier manager 2004/05 in visualboy advance on my pc
but at certain point of the game (4th-5th week of the season) i have not the possibility to go forward!!! so:

-there is some file/cheats to unlock this problem?
- i must version an upgrade of rom?
