It just got released in Japan four days ago. It's not in English yet. ;_;
Correction. Taking a look at what type of game the GBA Silent Hill game is, it will never be translated to English (unless someone posts the translation in a faq or something).

If you check nintendo power it will say and i have a subscription and i was wating for ever utill i played the jap version so i bought golden sun with the money for it and it is the best
