unlockable has tight security

i've played and beaten street fighter alpha 3 for quite countless times already the problem is the unlockables in the game seemed not to show up or still locked.

the dramatic mode for example which becomes available after fighting your way up at least once doesn't show up in the modes. i don't understand this why. i'm using vba 1.7.2.

i was wondering if any experience something like this too and what games has this problem too.

Try using VBA-M.

i've tried vba-m before but i got that error of missing file and saying try to reinstall. i don't go through the forums to just being told how noob i am to being unable to fix the error.
