How do I speed up my VBA?

I want to be able to set a speed % above 100, and have it run without frame lag or sound issues. Similar to the way to get the "speed up" button set permanently, but the >600% is way too much for my needs. The >450% you get from unsynching is also too much. I need somewhere between 100-200%, but when I combine the speed toggle or the unsynching with a speed throttle, I get frame lag and messed-up sound.
