I've got a few questions.

1) Is it possible to run Visual Boy (The GBC one) games in VBoy Advance?

2) Where the blue-blazes can I find the VBoy advance without freaking out about viruses and the like?

1) VBA is a GBA/GBX emulator...it has everything the old vboy had.
