LCD colors

I've merged the GBA LCD color gamma table into the Options -> Gameboy -> Gameboy Colors setting, and produced a source patch accordingly. There's probably a better way of initializing the color table, but I leave that up to the team, should they choose to integrate my changes.

I've also produced a Win32 MFC build, based on R914. [binary] [source patch]

Enjoy.

I'm wondering if Real colours should be named to Gameboy SP colours, since the backlight does a great deal towards increasing colour saturation.

I'm pretty sure even the GBA SP had somewhat washed out colors. Of course, I only have the original model with the front light.

It might also be worth disassembling parts of the DS firmware, since that probably also has some sort of color table for GBA games, unless that's built into the display hardware.
