I don't know, what you are meaning with "create your own Karoke videos" but UltraStar Deluxe is a really great program to play Karaoke and create songs yourself!

sorry for my bad english..actually i got too many video clips of my favourite singer and i want to change the video clip to a karaoke version..that why i need a software to create a karaoke video...

I believe the tool MasterPhW provided will do the job...at least I have never heard of anything better...not that I have ever used it myself.
