Vista firewall problem

I writing this using safe mode with networking. I got Norton Security centre installed (or whatever its called). I installed Zone Alarm and disabled Norton's firewall features. From the next reboot i could not reach connect the internet. I could be able to connect to the wireless network but it displayed that only locally meaning i can only access the other computers' shared files. Other computers reach the net just fine, this one im using now only does so with safe mode. What could go wrong? Norton is being difficult? It the only firewall running . Zone alarm and windows firewall disabled. What's weird norton and windows firewall worked at the same time before and nothing was wrong. Hope someone can help me out here.

On the side, i got really unlucky with the computers at the end of the year! Everything is falling apart!

Norton hates competition. On a more serious note, try using this : Download details: Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool.
No, I am not kidding.I had this problem on my XP, and it flushed it out.
