Exclamation Help plz!!

I'm not sure what happened...
On day, I was happily browsing using Firefox, when suddenly, I got the blue screen of death!!!

After rebooting several times, I finally got my comp. to work again...
However, something isn't right...
My firefox configuration is screwd up...
It set all the default options, and acted as if I never used the program before!
WTF???
Also, all my other programs seem to react the same way....

Anybody got any ideas on how to "restore my life" into this comp.?
I'm guessing its the registry, but i dunno...

Your profile with ALL the bookmarks are still AVAILABLE on your computer. Do a search inside "my documents and settings" for bookmarks.htm . the most recent one is the latest bookmark copy you had. then, inside firefox, lick on manage bookmarks, then IMPORT that bookmarks.htm

Done. you recovered your stuff. dont hope to recover passwords with a new profile though

For the computer, I suggest you use PCmedik. the limited edition is more than enough to fix some major problems (better not use the full version)

Thanks for all your help guys...I fixed the problem...
It turns out it was the registry...I had previously edited it out of boredom...
...never doing that again...
